John Kander and Fred Ebb have dished up a musical that is pure delight and laughter!  "CURTAINS " is a brand new, old-time Broadway musical, but it’s two, two, two shows in one – a musical, AND a murder mystery.

Jessica Cranshaw, the leading lady of “Robin Hood of the West,” is murdered on opening night. Enter Lieutenant Frank Cioffi of the Greater Boston Police. He sequesters the entire cast and starts an investigation that will have you rolling in the aisles.

Cioffi, a theater aficionado, finds himself mesmerized by the world of musical theater and gets caught up in wanting to direct the show as well as directing the investigation. Even though the leading lady has died, “the show must go on”, so rehearsal continues with a new leading lady.

Two murders and a lot of laughs later, “Robin Hood of the West” is ready for Broadway and the murders are solved.
